HOW TO WEAR?

• If you wear elastic stockings often, you should file your nails first so that the socks won't be scratched. The socks themselves are knitwear and are easy to scratch.
• Put the socks (open-toed socks) on your feet and turn the sock tube from the inside out, up to the heel, meaning that except for the sole of the stockings, the inside of the elastic stockings must face outwards.
• Use both hands to slightly open the elastic stockings, start putting them on the toes, and pull them off the heels, paying attention to the toes and heels that can fit the same part of the socks.
• Slowly rotate the sock back to the front to make it slide smoothly over the ankle. Use your fingertips to pull the sock up and adjust it so that the front of the ankle is smooth without wrinkles, and the toes won't be too tight.
• After placing the whole sock tube above the ankle, immediately insert both thumbs into the sock tube, and press the "Z" shape massage and stretch the sock tube to the leg.
• Repeat steps 2–5, the socks on the other foot in a "Z" shape, and lift the socks around the waist at the same time after they are all worn.
